ARE YOU A GOOD FIT FOR THIS JOB?

This is NOT a remote position. You will work Monday through Friday in our office from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm . Your main tasks will involve receiving payments through different channels such as mail, phone, email, online payments, and bank transfers, and applying them to the appropriate customer accounts. You will also play a key role in researching and resolving any discrepancies that arise with the payments received, which may include contacting customers for clarification. Additionally, you will be expected to enter and update customer account information in our ERP system, ensuring that all records are up-to-date and accurate. If you can do this and meet the following requirements, you might be a perfect fit! High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of accounting experience
