Our affiliate, Lifeline Medical Associates, is looking for an Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician to join their prestigious Women's Health Care Center in West Long Branch, NJ. Practice Highlights:
• 6 physicians, 3 nurse midwives
• 3 practice locations in West Long Branch, Lakewood, and Middletown
• Monmouth Medical Center is one of the largest community academic centers, and an affiliate of RWJBH, with a level 3 NICU, robotics for GYN surgical procedures, and women's health subspecialists
• Established practice that has built up a solid patient base over 30 years
• Office patient census: ~25-30/day
• Strong balance of both OB and GYN - will perform about 10-15 deliveries per month with about a half day per week of GYN surgery
• Teaching is available through the hospital residency program
• Great work/life balance
• 1 in 5 call schedule with 1 in 5 weekend call coverage
• Excellent compensation and benefits
• Top of specialty potential earnings if partnership is pursued
• 4 weeks of vacation to start, 5 weeks in year 2, and 6 weeks in year 3
• Relocation and sign on bonus of $30k, plus $30k retention bonus after 1 year
• Eligible for partnership after 3 years of tenure in the practice
