Friendly Franchisees Corp Assistant Property Manager (Bilingual) Tempe, AZ 85282 - $26.00 - $28.00 / hour - full time Job Description Friendly Franchisees Corporation is seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented Assistant Property Manager to join our property management team. This role is vital in supporting the leasing operations of our properties, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day management, and delivering exceptional service to both prospective and current residents. The Assistant Property Manager will work closely with the Property and Leasing Manager to achieve leasing goals and maintain high occupancy rates. Key Responsibilities Assist in all leasing activities, including showing apartments, processing applications, and ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing tenant inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships with residents. Support the development and execution of marketing strategies to attract prospective tenants, including social media outreach, open houses, and other promotional events. Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, highlighting features and benefits to encourage leasing. Assist with tenant retention initiatives, including organizing resident events and managing lease renewals. Manage and maintain accurate leasing records, process rental applications, and assist with preparing leasing reports. Ensure compliance with all leasing and fair housing laws, regulations, and company policies. Report to the Leasing Manager and surrounding properties, ensuring the leasing team adheres to company policies. Prepare and submit weekly, daily, and monthly reports. Verify that all ad postings on various platforms are accurate and up to date. Audit phone call recordings to ensure quality standards are maintained. Liaise with management and the marketing team to align leasing strategies. Assist the manager with weekly scheduling to optimize staffing. Skills and Qualifications Prior experience in leasing or property management, especially with multi‑family properties. Willingness to take on a Property Manager role when given the opportunity. Experience with Yardi property management software. Bilingual in English and Spanish. High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to post to personal Facebook page immediately upon starting. Proven ability to provide high‑quality customer service. Excellent organizational and time‑management skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite. Team player with flexibility to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed. Ability to multitask, work in a high‑volume environment, and adapt to change comfortably.
