- Patient Flow & Vitals: Greet and room patients, measure and record vital signs, and maintain clean exam rooms.
- Clinical Procedures: Obtain blood and urine samples, and perform other clinical duties as assigned.
- Administrative Support: Execute necessary clerical responsibilities to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Clinical Judgment: Exhibit good clinical judgment within the scope of the role, with or without the provider present.
- Compliance: Follow all clinical and clerical protocols per company policy.
- Education (Required): High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification (Required): Medical Assistant certification or diploma from an accredited MA program.
- Licensure/Registration (Required): Current BLS Certification required.
- Experience: Minimum one year of recent experience in a medical setting, OR entry through an approved CareATC Internship or school-sponsored externship program.
- Core Skills: Excellent patient care skills, great communication, and strong customer service abilities.
