Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to gain insight into their mental health challenges, which inform the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy utilizing a variety of evidence-based techniques to promote clients' personal growth, emotional well-being, and coping strategies.

• Establish therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients and consistently monitor their progress towards these goals.

• Engage in teletherapy sessions for clients who prefer or require virtual visits, ensuring accessibility to our services.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of all client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

• Participate in various staff meetings, group supervision, and clinical supervision sessions to foster a culture of learning and development.

• Commit to ongoing professional development and training to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on the latest trends and methodologies in therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with a diverse client population, including individuals, couples, children, and families. We are particularly focused on serving clients from marginalized backgrounds, including clients of color and those from the LGBTQIA community. This role allows you to engage with a wide array of presenting issues, thereby enriching your practice while supporting various identities and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• A current and valid LMFT license issued by the state of California.
\n
• At least two years of full-time counseling experience in a clinical setting.

• Demonstrated experience working with couples, children, teens, and families.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with diverse populations, specifically clients of color and LGBTQIA individuals.

• Familiarity with trauma-informed approaches and individual/discussion -based therapy modalities.

• Previous experience in outpatient settings is a bonus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 - 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
