We are hiring licensed life insurance agents or driven individuals committed to obtaining their license for a remote, commission-based sales opportunity. Licensing is required prior to selling and must be completed within a structured onboarding timeframe. Agents contact families who have requested information about life insurance coverage and guide them through the application process using a proven system. This is a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential and weekly payouts. Responsibilities Outbound calls to requested prospects Conduct phone or Zoom appointments Present coverage solutions Submit applications and manage follow-ups Support & Systems Access to digital and direct mail lead programs Training, scripts, and CRM system Direct mentorship from leadership Flexible schedule (full-time or part-time) Compensation Commission-only Weekly payouts Average producing agents earn $80K–$200K annually Top performers exceed $250K Income tied directly to production Requirements Active life insurance license (or ability to obtain quickly) Comfortable with daily outbound phone activity Self-motivated and coachable Professional communication skills This opportunity is best suited for individuals comfortable with performance-based income and consistent sales activity.
