GARNEY CONSTRUCTION

A Carpenter Foreman positionis available at Garney. To be considered for this position you must have previous carpentry experience. As a carpenter foreman, you will coordinate operations and oversee workers at a construction site. As the point of reference of both workers and supervisors, you will be a key person for the completion of a project.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans
• Follow project plans and schedules to ensure that crews meet production goals
• Supervise the use of machinery and equipment
• Drive job site safety and promote safety culture
• Assist in cost control

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Experience as a form carpenter
• Knowledge of construction procedures and equipment
• Ability to communicate and report effectively
• Ability to work from heights
• Understand blueprint drawings and specifications
• Must be willing to work overtime
