Family Medicine physician employment in New York : This progressive, academic health care system in central New York is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join their Family Practice/gender wellness center, with the option to participate as a fellow in a one-year, transgender health training program. Located about an hour from Albany, the location is home to a university and a college. Join an established group of four Family Medicine and three Mental Health providers providing gender affirming care in a rural setting.

Provide primary care for cisgender and transgender youth/adults across the lifespan. Salary up to $347K. Sign on bonus up to $100K. Residency stipend up to $45K. Provide evidence-based, quality primary care to cisgender and TGD youth and adults, including the provision of gender affirming hormone therapy and pubertal suppression.
