Healthcare QA Analyst
Virtual Vocations Inc
To support healthcare operations, the remote Healthcare QA Analyst will validate applications, oversee membership enrollment and claims processing, and conduct EDI transaction testing on a contract basis. Key responsibilities Analyze business and functional requirements for healthcare membership and claims applications Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for EDI transactions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery within timelines Required qualifications 5+ years of QA experience in the healthcare industry Strong experience in Healthcare Membership and Claims testing, including EDI 834 and 837 transactions Proficient in SQL for backend data validation Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field Experience with defect tracking tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
