???? What You’ll Do

• Be the welcoming voice and face of Goldfish—on the phone and at the front desk
• Guide families through programs, memberships, and promotions
• Confidently close sales and earn bonuses for meeting sales goals
• Handle scheduling, registrations, and customer questions with efficiency and care
• Juggle multiple tasks while keeping the vibe upbeat, calm, and fun
• Create WOW moments that turn first-time callers into lifelong members

????️ What We’re Looking For

• Prior sales and customer service experience required
• A naturally happy demeanor with a warm, friendly phone voice
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Comfort with goal-driven sales conversations
• Confidence, professionalism, and positive energy—even during busy times
• A team-first mindset with interest in long-term growth

⏰ Availability Requirements

Candidates must be available for at least 25 hours per week , including some combination of the following shifts:

• Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays: 9:00 am – 3:30 pm
• Monday–Thursday: 3:30 pm – 8:00 pm
• Saturday & Sunday: 8:30 am – 3:00 pm

(Weekend availability is important ????)
