Job Summary: We are actively seeking full-time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) to join our growing outpatient telehealth practice supporting our New York–based clinic. This is a high-impact, full-time opportunity designed for clinicians who are looking to build a stable, long-term outpatient practice while working remotely. Providers will manage a consistent and robust caseload of adult and geriatric patients in a busy outpatient setting. Requirements:

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits via telehealth
• Diagnose and treat a range of psychiatric conditions in adult and geriatric patients
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Maintain a full-time outpatient caseload in a high-volume clinic environment
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered virtual care
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and medications

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
• Active, unrestricted New York State Nurse Practitioner license
• Must reside in EST or CST time zone and be able to work EST hours
• Experience treating adult and/or geriatric populations required
• Prior outpatient or telehealth experience preferred
• Ability to manage a high-volume, full-time caseload
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and virtual engagement skills
• Comfort with telehealth platforms and technology
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred
