• Advanced experience and expertise in working with Datavision for publication reviews
• Routing of all IIS/IIT, research collaboration and internally written publications through Datavision – responsible for record set up, management of all reviews and approvals, record close out
• Agency QC of Datavision records
• Compliance management through TOV reporting
• Ability and knowledge of running Datavision reports for metrics generation
• Facilitation of internal process to sponsor HCPs for congress attendance, when applicable
• Meeting minute recording and management for bi-weekly team meetings
• QR code generation through internal system
• Management of updates xhyhwjd to team playbook
• May be asked to support other cross functional publication team activities as appropriate
• 6+ month contract opportunity
• Hybrid opportunity - 1 to 2 times per month onsite in NY for meetings
