Operations Manager - Miami Boutique

Summary The Operations Manager oversees the day‑to‑day operational functions of the retail boutique, ensuring strong inventory integrity, accurate store accounting, and excellent store appearance. This role manages receiving, shipping, back stock organization, store maintenance projects, and serves as onsite support for POS and systems issues. The manager collaborates with corporate teams and store leadership and may act as Manager on Duty in the director's absence. Responsibilities Maintain store appearance and coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs Manage all deliveries and incoming/outgoing merchandise processing, including shipments, transfers, consignments, and RTVs Maintain supply inventory, receiving files, back stock organization, and shipping paperwork Control operational expenses, review and code bills, and work with accounts payable/receivable Implement and enforce inventory control procedures, conduct cycle counts, and meet inventory accuracy and shrink targets Maintain and troubleshoot POS and inventory systems, provide onsite IT/support for internet and phone issues Support loss prevention, physical security, and risk management practices Provide direction and support to staff and partner with store leadership to implement company programs Requirements Minimum 3 years retail sales experience; 3‑5 years preferred, luxury market experience a plus Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Proficiency with MS Office, POS, inventory and database systems Ability to lift 25‑50 lbs and perform frequent standing and walking #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
