Prepare meals based on menu requirements and or clients specific needs according to standard recipes. Cook and serve breakfast and lunch daily; cater meals as requested. Fill food service requisitions for events during scheduled hours. Maintain adequate inventory of specified food groups and supplies throughout meals service periods. May direct or delegate to other food service employees, in absence of supervisor, to help ensure meals are served in a timely fashion. Requirements for the COOK position: High School diploma or equivalent required. Must have a valid driver's license Two years food service experience in health or institutional setting.
