Night AuditorWe are seeking a dependable Night Auditor to provide overnight guest service and complete daily hotel accounting functions.Responsibilities • Check guests in and out• Process reservations, payments, and revenue collections• Post room, tax, and other charges to guest accounts• Balance departmental revenue and accounts receivable• Verify guest folios and resolve billing discrepancies• Complete night audit reports and basic accounting entries• Respond to guest questions and concerns• Help maintain a safe, secure, and professional hotel environment• Assist with breakfast setup when neededQualifications • Strong customer service and communication skills• Ability to work independently and multitask• Comfortable handling cash, credit cards, and basic accounting• Reliable and detail-oriented• Hotel night audit or front desk experience preferred• Marriott experience preferred• Must be available to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidaysThis position is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, and comfortable working independently while providing attentive guest service.
