Qualifications Must have a minimum of sixty (60) college credits from an accredited college or university. Knowledge of Common Core Standards. Effective instructional practices and strategies. Ability to analyze and use data to drive instruction. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, with staff, parents, and community. Must be computer literate and able to use interactive computer instructional software.
