Sports & Entertainment in Poughkeepsie, NY, is seeking a friendly and dependable Cashier to join our team. What You’ll DoAs a Cashier at Bounce! Sports & Entertainment, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Accurately handling cash, credit, and other payment transactions.
- Assisting guests with ticket purchases, merchandise, or other inquiries.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Providing excellent customer service to enhance the guest experience.
We’re searching for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle transactions accurately.
- A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
