Overview
Prepare and portion food products according to company standards. Follow recipes, production instructions, and food-safety procedures. Measure, weigh, cut, mix, and package food ingredients. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Properly handle and store food products and ingredients. Inspect products for quality and consistency. Follow all company safety and sanitation guidelines. Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills and Experience
Previous food preparation or food production experience is preferred, but not required. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Ability to lift and move materials as required. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team. Must be able to follow food-safety and sanitation requirements.
