RN - CVOR Profession: Nursing Specialty: Cardiovascular Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 4x10-Hour Hours per Shift: 10 hours (06:30 - 17:00) Experience: Minimum 2 years in CVOR License: North Carolina or Compact license pending ok for submittal Certifications: BCLS, Circulate required; CNOR preferred Must-Have: Scrub experience Description:RTO after booking is not allowed and cannot be worked out onsite.Any call-offs or additional RTO on the unit could possibly turn into a cancellation.Shift consists of 10-hour days, Monday through Friday from 0630 to 1700.On-call requirement is 10 days a month, including one weekend per month.Unit accepts first-time travelers.Orientation consists of 36 hours.The unit includes 3 rooms serving adult and geriatric patients aged from 20s to 90s.Procedures include Aortic Valves, Mitral Valves, ASD, redo surgeries, Esophagogastrectomy, CABG with and without valve repair or replacement, VATS, Thoracotomy, Mediastinoscopy, Mitral Clip, TAVR, Ascending Aortic Aneurysm Repair, Groin Exploration, Port a Cath Placement, Robotic Thoracic Surgery, Carotid Endarterectomy, IABP insertion and removal, Myxoma Removal, Pneumonectomy, Chamberlin Procedure, and VSD.Candidate must float within or near the facility per job description. #J-18808-Ljbffr
