Project Procurement Manager

To support capital investments across chemical manufacturing facilities, the full-time Project Procurement Manager will develop and execute procurement strategies, manage end-to-end procurement activities, and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure compliant and value-driven procurement execution. Key responsibilities Lead end-to-end procurement activities for capital projects, including sourcing, bidding, contract execution, and supplier management Develop and implement procurement strategies that support plant expansions, maintenance, and regulatory initiatives Manage competitive bidding and contract awards for process equipment, materials, and construction services Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; Engineering or Technical degree preferred 8+ years of procurement, sourcing, or commercial contracting experience 5+ years supporting capital projects in chemical, petrochemical, or related environments Experience managing projects exceeding $5M Demonstrated ability to lead complex supplier negotiations and manage commercial risk
