Job Description Job Description Job Summary: The BMW Service Advisor at Bill Pearce Motors will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking service for their BMW vehicles. This individual will work in a fast-paced environment to provide exceptional customer service and increase service sales through effective communication and sales techniques. This is a commission-only sales position in the auto industry, requiring strong sales skills and knowledge of BMW vehicles. Compensation & Benefits: The compensation for this Full-Time BMW Service Advisor position is commission-based with potential earnings between $6,000 to $11,000 per month, paid semi-monthly.
