Forklift Operator

Integrity Trade Services is hiring Sit-Down Forklift Operators for a manufacturing/foundry environment in Rochester, IN . This is a temporary role with an opportunity to be hired full-time .

Pay + Schedule

  • Starting pay: $18.57/hr
  • Shifts available (40 hrs/week):
    • 1st: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
    • 2nd: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
    • 3rd: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM
  • Employment type: Contract (W2)
What You'll Do

  • Operate a sit-down forklift to move castings, containers, raw materials, and finished products throughout the plant
  • Load/unload trucks
  • Complete daily forklift inspections and equipment safety checks
  • Transport materials to support production and shipping
  • Build a working knowledge of the Finishing Department
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For

  • Forklift experience preferred (ability to operate motorized equipment required)
  • Strong organization and attention to safety
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing/foundry setting around production equipment
Work Environment

  • Industrial/manufacturing setting with frequent movement of heavy materials
  • Working around machinery while following required safety practices
