Small Motor Winding - VPI Technician

OVERVIEW: Ideal Electric is seeking a skilled Small Motor Winding / VPI Technician to join our expanding manufacturing team in Mansfield. This hands‑on role involves stripping, rewinding, insulating, and performing Vacuum Pressure Impregnation (VPI) on AC and DC motor components, ensuring they meet the high‑quality standards for which Ideal Electric is known.
