Senior Data Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in West Hollywood, CA that is seeking a Senior Data Operations Analyst to manage, analyze, and improve operational data and reporting processes. This role partners with business and technical teams to ensure data accuracy, develop actionable insights, support system initiatives, and improve operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, discrepancies, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, metrics, and operational tracking tools
• Validate, reconcile, and monitor data across multiple systems
• Investigate data-quality issues and coordinate timely resolution
• Translate business requirements into reporting, data, and process solutions
• Support system implementations, integrations, testing, and data-conversion activities
• Document data processes, business rules, procedures, and reporting requirements
• Partner with Operations, Finance, Technology, and other teams on business initiatives
• Monitor operational KPIs and communicate findings to stakeholders
• Automate recurring reports and improve data-management workflows
• Provide analytical support for special projects and business decisions
• Mentor team members and promote data-quality best practices

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, operations analysis, reporting, or a related role
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, lookups, formulas, and large dataset analysis
• Experience with reporting, dashboards, data validation, and reconciliations
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools
• Experience with ERP, CRM, or enterprise data systems
• Knowledge of data governance, system integrations, and process automation
• Experience supporting system implementations or transformation initiatives

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.


We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
