Robs Automotive & Collision is a family-owned, growing automotive repair and collision center located in Bristol, PA. We are committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience from the moment our customers walk through the door until they pick up their repaired vehicle.

With 24 OEM factory certifications , our team repairs vehicles to the highest manufacturer standards using advanced equipment, ongoing training, and the latest repair procedures. We're looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to become an important part of our team.

What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face and voice of our company, helping customers navigate the repair process with confidence and professionalism.

Responsibilities include:

• Welcome customers in person and over the phone with a positive attitude.
• Schedule appointments and manage daily customer communications.
• Assist customers throughout the repair process by providing updates and answering questions.
• Coordinate with estimators, technicians, and insurance companies to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Process paperwork, repair orders, and customer documentation accurately.
• Maintain organized customer files and records.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages professionally.
• Assist with vehicle drop-offs and deliveries.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office.
• Create a welcoming environment that reflects our commitment to exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred.
• Automotive or collision repair experience is a plus but not required—we're willing to train the right person.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Comfortable using computers and office software.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated to provide outstanding customer care.
