Senior Payroll Specialist

LHH is supporting a wonderful client in the non‑profit space who is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to join their team on a 3+ contract basis. This position will require some in‑office work in Manhattan, New York. Responsibilities: Process bi‑weekly payroll, for both hourly and salaried employees Run audits to resolve payroll discrepancies Respond to management and employee questions/requests in a timely manner Maintain payroll operations by following policies and procedures Manage funding report for treasury team Perform account reconciliations Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred 5+ years of payroll experience ADP WFN experience is highly preferred Proficient with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.) Excellent organizational and communication skills Compensation: $35 - $40/hr, depending on experience.
