Job Title: Senior Associate Scientist Location: Cambridge, MA Type: Contract Work Model: Onsite - onsite Hours: 40.0 Overview We are seeking a Senior Associate Scientist to support antibody discovery projects focused on B cell-based workflows. This role will contribute to therapeutic antibody discovery campaigns using rodent immunization, serum titer screening, B cell sorting by flow cytometry, immune library generation, and hybridoma-based methods. Responsibilities Provide laboratory support for therapeutic antibody discovery campaigns using flow cytometry, immune library generation, and hybridoma-based methods. Execute established workflows to support rodent immunization studies, serum titer screening, B cell sorting, molecular cloning, and related sample processing activities. Maintain reagent inventories, prepare laboratory materials, and ensure operational readiness for discovery activities. Document experimental procedures, results, and observations accurately in laboratory records and internal data systems. Summarize data and communicate key findings, experimental progress, and campaign outcomes to project teams. Requirements Bachelors degree in biology, immunology, molecular biology, biochemistry, or a related scientific discipline, with at least 2 years of full-time laboratory experience in an academic or industry setting. Hands-on experience supporting antibody discovery workflows, including flow cytometry, B cell-based methods, or hybridoma-based screening. Working knowledge of molecular biology techniques such as PCR, cloning, and immune library generation or related sample preparation workflows. Experience with laboratory documentation, data organization, and communicating experimental results clearly to project teams. Strong laboratory organization skills, including reagent handling, inventory support, and maintaining materials needed for experimental workflows.
