Hands-On Assistant Program Manager Youth Residential Care

Arbor Associates in the Springfield, MA area seeks an Assistant Program Manager to lead a residential team and ensure a safe, nurturing environment for youth. You will supervise shift supervisors and counselors, review incident reports, and coordinate with clinicians to implement treatment plans. Pay is $25.00/hr with some evenings and weekends required. Per diem coverage for a leave of absence may extend up to 3 months, with 24/7 support from a dedicated Arbor contact. #J-18808-Ljbffr
