SUMMARY The Document Distribution/Scan team is responsible for the initial intake of all Accounts Payable invoices and ensure that they are all properly entered in SAP to be processed accordingly. Analyze and/or validate/process 225-400 invoices daily. Perform data entry associated with Accounts Payable processes. Participate in special projects for Accounts Payable group. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process and validate invoices using OCR software for SAP
• Process invoices against Purchase Order
• Complete 2-Way & 3-Way match

As needed:

• Open and sort mail via physical mail
• Review emails via Microsoft Outlook shared mailboxes
• Scan and consolidate emailed documents into Adobe PDF and upload into appropriate workflow for handling by Accounts Payable and Service Entry groups
• Analyze supporting documentation in accordance with extensive guidelines to appropriately determine invoice location and/or workflow
• Communicate with internal and external customers, verbally and in writing
• Participate in special projects to streamline the scanning and validation process

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum High School diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 1-3 years of accounts payable processing or related procurement/purchase order experience preferred
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in high-volume data entry work environment, including electronic document processing preferred
• Experience using SAP or other robust ERP software preferred
• Basic computer skills and ten-key / keyboard number pad proficiency required
• Proficient Computer Skills in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel and Adobe Pro required
• Shared Mailbox and Optic Capture Recognition (OCR) experience preferred
