Senior Manager, Commercial Finance

Work Model: Work Model: You’ll work in a hybrid model, onsite at your designated Regal Rexnord location at least 3 days per week (Monday–Thursday), with flexibility to work remotely up to 2 days, including Friday. ____________________ Regal Rexnord is seeking a high-impact Senior Commercial Finance Manager to serve as a strategic business partner to the Commercial Leadership Team, Segment CFO, and Director of Commercial Finance within our Industrial Powertrain Solutions business. This role sits at the center of commercial decision-making; owning demand forecasting, performance insights, and financial planning; while leveraging data and analytics to drive actionable recommendations that improve growth, margin, and execution. You will play a critical role in connecting strategy to results by translating complex data into clear insights, identifying risks and opportunities, and influencing decisions across the organization. Success in this role requires a balance of strong financial acumen, data-driven thinking, and hands‑on execution, along with the ability to build relationships, challenge thinking, and drive accountability.
