The Controller is a senior-level finance professional responsible for all accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls. This role ensures the company’s financial integrity and supports strategic decision-making. 

Responsibilities 

• Lead all accounting operations, including:

• General ledger 

• Accounts payable and receivable 

• Payroll and fixed assets 

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements 

• Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS and regulatory requirements 

• Develop and manage budgets and financial forecasts 

• Maintain and strengthen internal controls and procedures 

• Oversee audit processes and coordinate with external auditors 

• Monitor cash flow, profitability, and financial performance 

• Provide financial insights and reports to executive leadership 

• Manage, mentor, and develop the accounting team 
  
   

Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 

• CPA strongly preferred 

• 7–15+ years of accounting/finance experience 

• Strong leadership and management skills 

• Advanced knowledge of accounting systems and Excel
