Position Highlights 

• Nurse Practitioner opportunity within an established Rheumatology service

• Evaluate and manage patients with a variety of autoimmune, inflammatory, and musculoskeletal conditions

• Provide ongoing follow-up care for conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, gout, osteoarthritis, and other rheumatologic disorders

• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans in collaboration with supervising and consulting physicians

• Monitor medications, treatment response, laboratory results, and disease progression

• Provide patient education related to disease management, medications, lifestyle, and long-term care

• Work closely with physicians,nursing staff, and other specialty teams

• Strong community demand with opportunity to help expand access to Rheumatology care

Candidate Requirements

• MSN or DNP from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

• Current Nurse Practitioner certification through an appropriate nationally recognized certifying body

• Active Ohio APRN license or ability to obtain

• Prescriptive authority and DEA registration or ability to obtain, when applicable

• Rheumatology, internal medicine, primary care, or related clinical experience preferred

• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient education skills

• Collaborative approach to working with physicians, advanced practice providers, clinical teams, and organizational leadership

• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
