Service Desk Coordinator

Oxford Solutions is working with a client seeking an entry-level Retail Operations Service Desk Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of retail experience who enjoys assisting customers, managing multiple priorities, and working in a fast-paced environment. You will provide first-level support by reviewing incoming service tickets and alarms, responding to routine issues, and keeping internal teams informed. Candidates with retail loss prevention or asset protection exposure are especially encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Review, respond to, and update incoming service tickets Monitor alerts and alarms and follow established response procedures Provide timely status updates to internal teams Assist customers and employees with basic questions and service needs Document issues accurately and escalate more complex matters Manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment Support general administrative and operational tasks Qualifications Bachelors degree or equivalent relevant experience 1-2 years of retail or customer-facing experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable working with ticketing systems and basic office technology Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to stay organized and respond calmly to changing priorities Loss prevention or asset protection experience is helpful but not required Hybrid schedule: Monday and Friday: Remote Tuesday through Thursday: Onsite Retail Operations Service Desk Coordinator - 26-00731bfb3568a-762b-4989-884b-a9682aa104ca Oxford Solutions
