Parking is what we do, our values are who we are. Overview The Hospital Valet position is a high profile, customer service position. Individuals must be personable and compassionate, as they serve patients and visitors of Wellstar North Fulton Hospital patient care facilities. Valets must adhere to Cornerstone standards of employee conduct. This position will also assist with traffic control in the drive lane areas. Shift Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Responsibilities Provide courteous, prompt, and professional customer service by greeting and assisting valet customers with opening/closing car doors, providing wheelchairs as needed, providing information and directions, etc. Follow damage check procedures for valet vehicles Safely and efficiently park and retrieve vehicles from assigned parking areas Keep traffic moving and drive lanes/fire lanes clear Adherence to HIPAA guidelines Report to work on time and for your scheduled shifts. Maintaining an acceptable attendance record as defined by Cornerstone Parking Group is a key component to this position Report to work in proper uniform Other responsibilities as needed Benefits $15.00/hr. PTO Accrual 401(k) is available after first six months of employment Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance is available after 60 days for full time employees (30 hours/week) Uniform provided Comprehensive, paid training Rewarding and fun work environment Opportunities for advancement Requirements 18 years of age or older Valid driver’s license, responsible driving record Customer service skills Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle, strongly preferred Driving and parking vehicles of varying sizes Minimum one year customer service experience Possess a strong desire to serve and care for valet customers Consistently demonstrate courtesy and professionalism when interacting with customers, colleagues, management and leadership teams, and our client High standard of integrity; reliable, responsible Physical demands: Able to stand, walk, and jog for extended periods of time (including moving up and down stairs on a regular basis).
