POSITION OVERVIEW
As an AI Creative Technologist your roles and responsibilities will include:

• Design, develop, and maintain agentic AI systems and custom workflows tailored to the needs of our creative team (copywriters, designers, video artists).
• Act as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for all AI tools and platforms used by the Strategic Creative Services team.
• Providing prompt engineering services and how to interact with and guide AI systems to achieve specific outcomes.
• Establish and manage a robust quality control process for all AI-enabled systems and content, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and ethical use.

QUALIFICATIONS
Most importantly, you need to be a passionate AI Creative Technologist who enjoys his work and is considered to be one of the best within your organization. The ideal AI Creative Technologist would be someone with deep experience in many (if not all) of the following:

• Bachelor's in computer science, Data Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or any other related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in a technology-focused role, with a proven track record of developing and implementing new systems.
• Hands-on experience in building AI agents and agentic workflow applications or in major generative AI platforms, APIs, and large laguage models.
• Experience with scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python) to create custom tools and integrations.
