Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift

Schedule

This position requires working on a night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide exceptional patient care by ensuring adherence to established protocols, effectively communicating with healthcare team members, and supporting patients through their healthcare journey. The RN is responsible for assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and administering medications and treatments as prescribed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and medications as prescribed.
• Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and wellness strategies.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license in the relevant state.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Completion of required health screenings and vaccinations.
• Experience in a similar healthcare setting preferred.
