Construction SuperintendentMassachusetts Construction Supervisor License (CSL) Roxbury, MA | P.B. BrownNational General Contractor seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee the construction of a ground-up self-storage / industrial project in Roxbury, MA. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial construction experience, a proven ability to lead field operations, and a track record managing complex projects from mobilization through completion.The Superintendent will serve as the primary leader on-site, responsible for coordinating subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, ensuring quality and safety standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget.ResponsibilitiesProvide overall on-site leadership and management of construction activities.Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure project goals are met.Manage daily site operations, scheduling, logistics, quality control, and safety compliance.Coordinate closely with Project Managers, owners, architects, and consultants.Review drawings, specifications, submittals, and RFIs to ensure successful project execution.Develop and maintain project schedules using Procore, Outbuild, or MS Project.Monitor progress, resolve field issues, and identify potential risks before they impact schedule or budget.Assist with project planning, procurement, subcontractor coordination, and closeout activities.Qualifications8+ years of commercial construction Superintendent experience.Experience managing ground-up construction projects, preferably self-storage, industrial, warehouse, or similar commercial facilities.Active Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (CSL) required.OSHA 30 certification required.Proficiency with Procore and construction scheduling tools.Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, safety regulations, and building codes.Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.Proven ability to lead subcontractors, maintain accountability, and drive project completion.Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Preferred ExperienceExperience managing projects in the $5M-$25M+ range.Background with self-storage facilities, industrial buildings, or large-scale commercial developments.Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders and tight schedules.The above salary range represents Cobalt's good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible base compensation range at the time of posting and is one part of the total rewards package this client provides to employees.Cob2Salary/Rate:US$125,000 - US$175,000 per annumJob Type:Site BasedContract Type:PermanentTown/City:Boston, MACounty:MassachusettsSector:Construction & DevelopmentJob ref:JN -072026-85571_1784922116Post Date:07. 24. 2026
