National Client Relations Manager The National Client Relations Manager is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence and client satisfaction across a national portfolio. This individual will oversee 9 locations with a total headcount of approximately 45 employees, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery. This is a hands-on role requiring a strong operational mindset, a client-first approach, and the ability to lead teams across multiple sites. Compensation Up to $120K annually Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day operations across 9 locations, ensuring consistency and service excellence Manage and develop a team of ~45 employees, driving performance and accountability Build strong client relationships through proactive, high-touch service Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to identify improvements and drive results Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery Oversee projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and deliverables are met Partner cross-functionally to support business objectives and client needs Address operational challenges quickly with effective solutions Support budgeting, planning, and reporting for leadership Travel Requirements Travel required across national locations Must be flexible for short-notice travel Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred 5+ years in operations, client relations, or service leadership Prior outsourcing or similar service-based experience required Law firm experience strongly preferred Experience leading multi-site teams Skills Strong leadership and operational expertise Client-focused with excellent communication skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities Analytical, solution-oriented, and adaptable Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools Benefits Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid Time Off (PTO) Equal Employment Opportunity Opensity is committed to fostering an inclusive, equitable, and accessible workplace.
