Process routine policy changes and endorsements accurately to ensure our clients remain properly protected. Assist with the processing of incoming payments and explanation of policy documents. Maintain organized and detailed records of all client interactions within our agency management system. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure existing clients are receiving the best possible service and coverage options. Handle sensitive information with total discretion and maintain a high standard of professional integrity. Requirements Active Illinois Property and Casualty insurance license. Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within an office setting. Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite and basic office technology. Excellent verbal communication skills with a focus on patience and clarity. High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience working in an insurance agency setting is a plus.
