Front Desk Associate/Clinic Manager

We have 16 clinics across the city of Chicago and surrounding suburbs, and we offer telehealth services for Functional Medicine and BHRT across 18 states and growing!

We are looking for an outstanding, personable, team and service-oriented professional to join Aligned Modern Health as a full-time Front Desk Associate/Clinic Manager and split time between our Deerfield and Vernon Hills clinic locations. The role pays $39,000-$45,000 per year (based on experience) plus annual bonus potential.

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive the best patient experience possible in a clean, friendly, and inviting atmosphere;
• Act as a support partner and liaison between the patient, provider, and support team (scheduling, billing, etc.);
• Positively contribute to the patient first, team-based culture at AMH;
• Consistently achieve scheduling success with our patients.

Requirements:

• Patient first attitude and ability to consistently provide 5-star service;
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with others and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, team environment;
• Energetic and outgoing personality with a desire to help people - prior experience in sales, hospitality, or events a BIG plus;
• Passionate about health and wellness;
• High School degree required;
• Must have flexibility for a non-traditional schedule including some holiday, early-morning, evening, and weekend availability;
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds unassisted; able to sit, stand, stoop, walk, stretch, reach frequently; moderate range of body motions.
