Position Overview Support Care Professional Team Lead at an agency location in Gautier, MS. Schedule 1st Shift: 6:00am-2:30pm Role Summary Semi‑skilled level work in the care and supervision of clients at a mental health facility. First‑level supervisory position accountable for professional program planning and management for a treatment sub‑unit or multiple residential locations. Develops, implements, coordinates, and evaluates individual habilitation or treatment plans for individuals with developmental disabilities. Supervises and works on floor with direct care staff. Other duties may apply. Location Gautier Qualifications and Requirements Graduation from a standard four‑year high school or equivalent (GED). 3‑5+ years of direct care experience with a minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
