• Valid school-based certification for practice in Ohio
• Experience working with school-aged children, especially in K-8 settings, strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Main responsibilities include:

• Assessing students functional abilities and developing tailored treatment plans
• Delivering direct therapy sessions, both group and individual, to enhance fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills
• Documenting progress and updating intervention plans as needed
• Collaborating with teachers, counselors, and families to support students academic and personal goals
• Participating in IEP meetings and providing input on OT-related needs
