Telehealth Family Nurse Practitioner - Virtual Primary Care
One Medical
One Medical is seeking a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner for a full-time, remote Virtual Medical Team role. You will treat patients via telehealth including video visits, triage calls, and email follow-ups, while participating in weekly clinical rounds and team huddles.
You’ll work with both virtual and in-office teammates, delivering evidence-based primary care and leveraging technology to support patients 24/7.
