What We’re Seeking We are looking for a seller who thrives in a fast‑moving, high‑volume environment, owns their pipeline, prospects consistently, and delivers experiences that turn first‑time clients into repeat guests. The ideal candidate is proactive, disciplined, and capable of owning the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to executed event. Responsibilities Execute the full sales cycle across inbound leads and outbound business development. Manage a high‑volume inbound pipeline and conduct consistent outbound prospecting during daily Power Hours. Own every stage of the sale—from inquiry, tour, proposal, to close. Deliver in‑person selling experiences through venue tours and client touchpoints that convert opportunities. Grow accounts by identifying upsell opportunities and maximizing the value of each client relationship. Deliver a best‑in‑class guest experience from initial inquiry through post‑event follow‑up. Partner with Operations and the Culinary Team to ensure flawless event execution. Maintain detailed, accurate communication on Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) to prevent day‑of issues. Represent the Topgolf brand with professionalism and hospitality in every interaction. Stay sharp on business performance: review daily metrics, track progress, and identify gaps. Maintain pipeline accuracy and data integrity to support strong forecasting. Identify opportunities for sales process improvement and share them with leadership. Drive awareness of the Topgolf brand in the community through networking and professional engagement. Operate as a team player: participate in daily huddles, weekly sales meetings, and 1:1s with sales leadership. Stay aligned on priorities, targets, and execution standards across the venue. Qualifications 5+ years of progressive sales experience, including leadership of direct reports. Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience considered. Proven success in high‑volume events or hospitality sales environments. Progressive, relevant experience within the hospitality industry preferred. Strong proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM; Excel and reporting tools. Must be 21 years of age or older as required by state or local law. Physical Requirements Ability to remain stationary for extended periods at a desk, computer workstation, or within the venue. Regularly move throughout the venue to conduct site tours, support event set‑up walkthroughs, and engage with guests and operational teams. Occasionally lift, carry, or move up to 25 pounds. Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, for high‑volume client outreach and internal team communications. Hear and respond to verbal communication in a venue environment with moderate to high background noise during events. Visual acuity sufficient to read documents, computer screens, CRM dashboards, BEOs, and written correspondence. Benefits Free play and half‑price food (for eligible team members).
