Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations and accurate diagnoses of patients' dental health
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for a wide range of dental needs
- Perform general dentistry procedures including restorative, preventative, and minor surgical treatments
- Collaborate with specialists and other dentists to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care for long-term dental health
Qualifications:
- DDS/DMD from a CDA-accredited dental program
- Valid Texas dental license (or in the process of obtaining)
- Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills
- Proficiency with advanced dental technology
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail with a patient-first approach
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary: $200,000$350,000 (commensurate with experience)
