About the Role: Interior Wood Specialties, Inc. is looking for a Lead-level Commercial Carpenter specializing in doors, frames, and architectural hardware. We aren't just looking for a pair of hands; we’re looking for a craftsman who takes pride in a "perfect swing" and a secure fit. As we grow, we need a reliable pro who can navigate a commercial job site, interpret plans, and lead by example.
What You’ll Do:
- Precision Installation: Expertly install hollow metal and wood doors, frames, and high-end commercial hardware.
- Blueprint Navigation: Read and interpret technical drawings and hardware schedules to ensure every opening meets code and spec.
- Shop & Field Versatility: Balance site installations with occasional finish carpentry shop work and material coordination.
- Team Leadership: Collaborate with Project Managers and mentor junior installers to keep projects on pace and under budget.
What You Bring:
- The Tools & The Tech: Basic knowledge of woodworking power tools and a vehicle capable of transporting your specialized installer kit.
- The Professionalism: A clean DMV record and a commitment to a drug-free, safety-first workplace.
- The Stamina: Physical dexterity to handle commercial-grade materials and the flexibility to travel to out-of-area job sites.
- The Schedule: Availability for a Monday–Friday shift, with occasional Saturdays as project deadlines require.

Installer requirements and qualifications:
- Good physical condition, stamina, and dexterity.
- A willingness to be a team player and work with others.
- Able to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- A strong desire to be fast paced commercial construction environment.
- Good people skills.
- A desire to be a leader.
- Must have a vehicle that is capable of carrying installer tools, ect
