Hillcrest Health & Living is looking for a welcoming, organized, and customer-focused Concierge to join our team at Hillcrest Mable Rose in Bellevue, NE.

Hillcrest Mable Rose is a close-knit senior living community offering assisted living, memory support, and adult day services. Our team creates a warm, engaging environment where residents, club members, families, and visitors feel known, supported, and at home.

What You'll Do

As the Concierge, you will be an important first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and team members. You will greet guests, manage incoming calls, provide directions and information, support administrative needs, and help keep common areas welcoming and organized.

You will:

• Greet residents, families, visitors, and customers with warmth, professionalism, and a helpful attitude.
• Answer incoming telephone calls and direct calls appropriately.
• Provide information, directions, and assistance to visitors and customers.
• Route communication and requests to the appropriate departments or team members.
• Provide clerical support as needed, including typing, faxing, filing, phone support, labels, and mailings.
• Assist the activities team with projects and events as needed.
• Help ensure copiers and other office equipment receive routine and unexpected maintenance in a timely manner.
• Support petty cash activity, postage sales, and related accounts payable processing.
• Maintain marketing packets and new resident information materials.
• Perform light housekeeping duties to keep the lobby and common areas neat, clean, and orderly.
• Build positive, professional relationships with residents, families, guests, and team members.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is friendly, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing customer service with administrative support. The right candidate will communicate clearly, stay organized, and remain calm and professional when priorities shift.

Ideal candidates will have:

• At least one year of experience in administrative or business office functions, including clerical support, software use, and office equipment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience handling multi-line phones, clerical tasks, and office support preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• A calm, flexible, and professional approach when working with residents, families, and visitors.
• Comfort using technology and office resources efficiently and effectively.
• A team-first mindset and willingness to support activities and community operations as needed.

Education & Credentials

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Post-high school clerical training or related office training preferred.

• Must be able to speak, read, and write English.
• Must be able to independently lift up to 35 pounds.
• Must be able to perform repetitive sitting, bending, standing, and movement as needed.
• Must be flexible, calm, and professional in stressful situations.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
• Must be able to utilize technology and resources efficiently and effectively.
• Possible exposure to communicable diseases and bodily fluids.
• Other duties as assigned.
