Business Analyst - Enterprise Systems and Data (TECH - Digital Enterprise)

Opportunity Digital Enterprise Analyst – Enterprise Systems and Data Position within the Digital Enterprise team of the Technology & Data Science office (TECH). The role supports enterprise business systems such as Salesforce, Workday, and Jamis Prime, and develops data integrations and business intelligence solutions. What You’ll Do Assist with Salesforce administration: support users, manage permissions, and maintain page layouts and other maintenance tasks. Collaborate with team members and internal clients to gather improvement requests, design solutions, and implement changes. Partner with colleagues to develop business‑intelligence reports and dashboards across the organization. Build and maintain integrations between systems. Document solutions, processes, and configuration changes. Work within agile development methodologies and fast‑paced cycles. Manage multiple concurrent projects and prioritize requests. Who You Are Proficient with Excel or other data manipulation/query tools (e.g., PowerBI, SQL). Has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience in database management, programming, or Salesforce administration. Strong project‑management, analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle concurrent requests, and support user adoption. Experience with Jira or other Agile project‑management systems. Good interpersonal skills and a passion for problem solving. Comfortable learning new systems. Equipped to train others and communicate across business processes. Preferred (Not Required) 1‑2 years of Salesforce administration (certification preferred). Basic understanding of enterprise system connections and architecture. Familiarity with service‑management and support‑ticket resolution. Knowledge of programming languages (HTML/CSS/JS, Java, R/Python) and data formats (JSON/XML). Benefits Competitive salary range: $65,000 – $81,962, based on experience.
