I opened my first agency in 2010, expanded to a second location in 2016, and today lead a team of 12. State Farm has always been close to home for me, as both my sister and brother-in-law are agents. I also have a competitive background, having played field hockey and softball in college before attending graduate school at Mississippi State University. Our agencies enjoy staying connected to the communities we serve through local sponsorships, events, and other opportunities to give back. ROLE DESCRIPTION: As a Salesperson for Reed Ins & Fin Svcs., you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

- Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 2010.
- I am a proud graduate of Davis & Elkins College and Mississippi State University.
- We currently have 5 team members at our agency.
- Our agency has received awards including: Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, and Senior Vice President's Club
