## Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team in Ashland City, TN (37015). In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by performing maintenance and repairs on a variety of industrial equipment. If you have a passion for troubleshooting and a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you!

## Responsibilities

Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on machinery and equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with team members to improve equipment reliability and performance.
Assist in the installation of new equipment and machinery.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner.
Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
Proven experience as an industrial maintenance technician or similar role.
Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
Basic computer skills for maintenance tracking and reporting.
